Section 24
Conditions May Be Specified
If it is required to specify any other additional conditions in the bidding documents or documents relating to proposal, in addition to the conditions set forth in this Chapter with regard to any procurement contract, additional conditions may be specified so that there is no substantial deviation from the conditions of the procurement contract set forth in the bidding documents or documents relating to proposal.
